1) Digital Subscriptions
- MonkTrader provides digital subscriptions with immediate access to premium features once payment is successful.
- General rule: We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind after access has been granted.
- Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date in your account settings or the relevant app store to avoid future charges.
2) When Refunds May Be Considered
Subject to verification, we may approve a refund/adjustment in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge or accidental multiple payments for the same account/plan.
- Payment captured but access not provisioned due to a technical error on our side (and not resolved within a reasonable time after you contact us).
- Failed/partial transactions where the amount was debited but the order did not complete.
- Statutory requirements under applicable Indian law, if any.
Requests outside these cases are typically not eligible.
3) How to Request a Refund
- Email support@monktrader.ai from your registered email within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
- Include payment reference (Razorpay/Apple/Google), date/time, amount, and a brief description of the issue.
- We usually review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank processing timelines may vary (typically 5–10 business days).
4) Web Payments (Razorpay)
- Web purchases are processed by Razorpay. In case of duplicate/failed payments, we will coordinate reversal/adjustment per gateway rules.
- Chargebacks initiated with your bank may delay resolution; please write to us first for faster help.
5) In-App Purchases (Apple / Google)
- Purchases on iOS/Android are handled by the respective app stores. Their refund policies and processes apply and may require you to raise a request directly with Apple/Google.
- We do not have access to your app-store billing instruments and cannot directly issue refunds for such transactions.
6) Cancellations & Auto-Renewal
- To stop future charges, turn off auto-renewal before the renewal date in your account/app-store subscriptions page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. You will retain premium access until then.
